WARRANTY & AFTER-SALES SERVICE
One-Year Quality Guarantee If a non-human-caused quality defect occurs within one year of purchase, we will provide a free replacement hydraulic cylinder of the same model. Return and re-shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Extended Two-Year Warranty We offer an extended warranty of up to two years upon request. Please contact us at sales@customizedhydrauliccylinders.com for details.
RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
RETURNS We have a 30-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as received — unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at sales@customizedhydrauliccylinders.com.
EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom or personalized products (special orders)
- Sale items and gift cards
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
EXCHANGES The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item and place a new order once the return is accepted.
REFUNDS Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. If you have not received your refund within 15 business days of approval, please contact us at sales@customizedhydrauliccylinders.com.
EUROPEAN UNION – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period begins from the day you (or a third party you designate) receive the last item of your order. If the deadline falls on a weekend or public holiday, it is extended to the next working day.

Cancellations may be requested at any time before your order has been fulfilled and shipped.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method, with no additional charges.
Exceptions – Custom Products: The right of withdrawal does not apply to products manufactured according to your specifications or clearly personalized (e.g., hydraulic cylinders produced to custom bore, stroke, pressure, or mounting specifications). Such orders require full payment and are non-refundable.
