If a non-human-caused quality defect occurs within one year of purchase, we will provide a free replacement hydraulic cylinder of the same model. Return and re-shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

We have a 30-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as received — unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
