SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY All shipments are made on FOB (Free On Board) terms. Risk of loss transfers to the buyer once goods are loaded at the port of origin (Dalian/Yingkou Port, China). We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control. Delivery times are estimates only.
